What does your platform do?

We provide a simple, automated survey and reporting system that helps schools and Multi Academy Trusts monitor staff wellbeing, workload, and job satisfaction—without adding to workload.

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan includes:

• A monthly staff wellbeing & workload survey (fixed questions)
• A summary report for each participating school
• 30-day data history

How long does the survey take to complete?

Typically 3 - 5 minutes. It is designed to be quick and respectful of time.

How is data collected and stored?

Staff complete an online form (via email link), and responses are securely stored. Each school has its own storage. We follow GDPR practices and never share data between schools or Trusts.

Can schools see individual responses?

No. Reports focus on aggregated insights to protect staff anonymity. Responses to open-ended questions may be included, but names are not attached.

Can I add my own survey questions?

Customisation is available on our paid plans. The free plan uses a fixed, research-informed question set.

How do I get started?

Simply fill out our contact form. We will take care of the setup for you and send survey links directly to your staff.

Do you support Multi Academy Trusts?

Yes. We provide both school-level reports and Trust-wide overviews. MAT leaders can monitor trends across all schools in one place.

Is the service GDPR compliant?

Yes. We follow strict data protection practices and only use data for reporting purposes. Staff responses remain confidential and are not shared externally.
